On behalf of my Mum - DCBLegal - letter of claim

Good morning
Very quick question if anyone can help - and no, not how to ignore the DCBLtd letter (we have two, Mum has one and Dad has one - all related to the same car park).
Planning to obviously fight these, but my Mum is moving address this week. She'll have mail forwarding, but obviously we know that letters could be sent to old addresses etc. anytime.
After reading some threads, would it be best to request the SAR as explained for evidence in defending the claim, and also ask for any old addresses to be removed? Is it advised the new address be provided or leave them to find that out for themselves?
This one PCN is from 2016 and obviously in the batch where UKPC are trying to claim money from people.
Any help with this would be much appreciated so no sneaky CCJ can be added (this happened to me with an old address).
Thanks in advance - can't believe such a wonderful forum exists!

Yes , both , with proof of I D under the GDPR law , so provide 2 recent redacted utility bills as proof of I D after the move , to obtain all data plus include a data rectification notice to erase old addresses and to only use the new address
Each person must do this as they are both a data subject
Do not expect the claimant to find out the new address , or a claim may go to the old address , you don't want that to happen5 -
wonderful - thank you for your quick reply
if DCBLegal or other are in touch to move further, should I create a new thread?1 -
Get her to complain to her MP.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

I have changed my address, and got a dcbl letter on an old address. I have wrote an email to their dpo for my data to be rectified, in case they willing to send more unlawful letters, also informed them about DSAR request to their client. They did respond in 48h asking to confirm an old address. I was thinking the same whether to let them check address for themselves.0

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

A new thread should be opened for each claim , if it arrives , to prevent confusion , as long as there isn't a previous saga of theirs on here
One topic , one thread3 -

Yes, we had this issue with UKPC sending claim forms to an old address (we literally hadn't been there in 18 months and the DVLA were notified of the new address for the same car!), they used SCS Law and it was for around 7 tickets. We tried to get it removed but with my new baby and looking into it myself, we were too long in submitting the form that gets rid of the CCJ and we could defend properly. This is all related to the same car park by the way.
We have two tickets so hoping they will sod right off.
Will never ignore a PPC ticket again!
Thanks again2 -

A lot of PPC PCN s can be seen off with the following
Plan A , a landowner or retailer or managing agent complaint
Plan B , an appeal as keeper , not dobbing in the driver
Plan C , a POPLA appeal , or sometimes an IPC IAS appeal
Plan D , civil court
Ignoring any PCN is foolish , as can dobbing in the driver3 -
