Luckily I messaged them on Twitter on the 27th and received a reply back within an hour asking for my details to start the switch.Didn't hear anything back, presume it's because of the Bank Holiday, but did also drop them an email yesterday.Fingers crossed this will be enough to get me on it!0

To give you guys hope, they put me on v3 after they found my old emails, this was when I queried around a week after the cut off date.0

I'm an existing Octopus customer on SVT tariff for dual fuel, long time smart meter user. I've moved onto Agile early this morning and got quoted 55kwh for leccy as I signed up yesterday. I couldn't suss out the Tracker for gas for whatever reason and emailed Octopus regarding the gas yesterday. Not had an answer back as yet, will i get the old gas Tracker price ?Have I done the right thing ? Only time will tell I guess. I'm in the East Mids if it makes any difference.0

Good you didn't leave either of them a day longer!

Wow these new tracker rates are double the cap of v2 & v3 and to think that v3 was only pulled a month ago, I guess we will see a tracker August v1 tariff tomorrow with the new caps.

If you'd already confirmed back to them to go ahead with the switch then you shouldn't have any problem getting the original Tracker cap rate.No free lunch, and no free laptop1 -

That's why I thought I would email them as well, as it all went quiet on Twitter after I supplied my details, but had seen other people getting replies. Will see what today brings!

Tracker July 2022 v1 is now showing as an historic tariff, nothing yet live in its place, at those new caps and going into autumn / winter for now the loyal fix for most will look the more attractive.2

Success on Twitter today after no response to emails and nothing happening after applying mid August via the supplied link. Now on the July tracker, cap fixed for a year.3

I'm going to give them a call tomorrow as no response to my email or twitter DM.
