I've just had my savings sessions report. I have saved £0.14 over the past 11 sessions. Can anyone beat that?  :)

Ours is huge by comparison - 44p! Utterly pointless, but yet another achievement by the Octopus marketing department. Maximum publicity, minimal outlay.

49p here   hey, it's one seventh of a Caffe Nero hot chocolate, all adds up … eventually … (plus another 8p on the Wheel of Fortune during those four months, I'd better not spend it all at once!).

28p over 13 sessions. To be honest, it doesn't take any real effort to click on the link to join. And whilst 2p a session is not even spare change, it slowly adds up.

Not sure why anyone would consider tracker for Electricity though, Agile, even with almost zero effort to load shift easily undercuts tracker for me.
Based on the last 24 days (Total exc standing charge / Total inc standing charge)
    Agile: £12.93 / £26.10
    Tracker: £14.30 / £25.82
    E7 1yr fix: £13.98 / £25.43
    Flexible: £17.54 / £29.06
Tracker (the currently available version) comes in close to the fixed E7 tariff I am currently on. Agile is not much use to me at the moment due to the high standing charges - lowest energy cost but high total cost. If Octopus launched a new Agile version with standing charges in line with their other tariffs I'd be all over it.
I don't quite follow. Whilst there's precious little difference, surely these figures (inc SC) show that Tracker is competitive. More to the point, the differences are so small as to be disguised / outweighed by Agile's yo-yo-ing.

I had to google NESO in a failed attempt to understand what it does apart from limiting Octopus' freedom to "market" publicity stunts.

Tracker/other tariffs will be competitive vs Agile for some low users/regions due to for example Tracker/Other Octo Tariffs - SC 58.46 p/day vs Agile SC 70.05 p/day - North East - Your Region.

I tried to pursue this topic on the solar forum, but the system has blocked my reply ("too few characters in body text" or something). I am in effect locked out. I had something similar happen to me once before. :(

How do I contact the administrators?

Why would you want to do that?
The "too few characters" problem usually means you've been typing inside a quote box, rather than below (or above) it.

    N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Intelligent Go elec & Tracker gas / Vodafone BB / iD mobile. Ripple Kirk Hill member.
