New bill from Octopus, no bill for Electric at all, just Gas, so not even charged before my move out date.

I had the same on my January bill. They'd credited me my electric export, and billed for my gas usage, but not billed for electric.

Figure it'll catch up on my next bill, or I'll send them a prodding email.

Is compensation if they take too long, so I would just leave it alone, which I am doing now.

Quite a few who have moved to TE seem to can’t get final bills from Octopus , there seems to be a pattern forming……..

And struggling to get valid bills from TE after that too... TE seem to have some growing pains too?

I'd be careful. My last bill showed elec charges as normal but in addition 12 separate gas charges, credits and adjustments going back to 2022. Incomprehensible for non-accountants but it has left me with an additional charge for approx £300.  I am disputing this. Makes me think that if you shake the Accounts tree too violently there's no knowing what might come falling out.

Ah, sorry no, mine is just a regular monthly bill.  I'd not read your post properly ref moving, so just had another read of it. Oops. Now where are my glasses.

Disappointed at 22p today and 23p tomorrow.  I thought given the weather bomb we would get a few days of low bills.

I get the feeling that the likes of me might get somewhat better results from Agile - but at the expense of nail-biting volatility. Whilst there are too many reports of admin !!!!!!-ups and long term viability concerns for me to regard a switch to TE mid Feb with any great enthusiasm.
