Is it a fact that you will lose out as a result of the missing data, or might it be that the substitute data is more favourable for you?t0rt0ise said:
Just contacted them on twitter and it's been pulled and already showing. Now just hope it's not too late for the bill.t0rt0ise said:I've got a whole day of electricity readings missing. The first time anything from electricity has missed and it's exactly the whole day... 27 October. How odd and how annoying.
I can only speak for myself but the pink bar being missing for two days in the Octopus app was a bit of a clue for me.1 -

For someone without working smart meters who is on the tracker does anyone have any insight as to if there is an optimal time/frequency of providing manual readings to get the most from the tariff? (without doing them every day obviously!) At the moment I send them readings on the 10th, 20th and last day of the month and I think they just average it out. Anyone doing anything better/different?0

Do they bill you immediately after you give a reading (so every 10 days) or is it still monthly?wadeo0 said:For someone without working smart meters who is on the tracker does anyone have any insight as to if there is an optimal time/frequency of providing manual readings to get the most from the tariff? Suppose all you can really do then is make sure after a period of cheap rates send a reading in straight away, so they cant "smooth" it to their advantage to assign more to the more expensive days.wadeo0 said:la531983 said:
