Therefore five days I used around 2kwH this month I have had 8 or 9 extra units whacked onto each day, taken off other days in the month, even though they have all my data.
Make it make sense.

Half hour readings from any tariff can be loaded into Guy Lipman's site. I already did this 3 months ago on the phone, they had no idea why they had smoothed it and just lobbed a free tenner at me, probably to go away. So I'm still slightly up on the deal.Spies said:

When there is an interruption of data recording are there bells & whistles that alert you to the fact, or does this get lost in the smoothing process unless you are very eagled eyed?Telegraph Sam

I did email them on the 1st to get them to manually pull and to their credit they did within the day, but still they smoothed the month.
Ive just tried that Guy Lipman site, says I have eight seperate half hours missing from the last billing month, there are no gaps in the Octopus app on the half hour bar chart so I am a bit stumped now.0
