Just found this thread, thanks to a post on hotukdeals, wish I’d found it sooner, as I think it would save me money. I tried a search but couldn’t find the answer, can you have this tracker tariff if you are invested in one of the Ripple energy wind farms? I’m on the one starting later this year, but haven’t switched to Octopus yet, am planning to do that later this year, so don’t know what tariffs you can sign up to if you invested in Ripple, is anyone here in the first Ripple wind farm, and also on this tracker tariff?Thanks0

On the iOS app, at the bottom of the screen select the usage option, then shown below your usage graph , select the “your tariff” option, and there you can see todays tracker rate.
I expect the android app is the same

Other suppliers either are or might become partners of Ripple Energy https://www.so.energy/blog/so-energy-ripple/

I don’t get a graph, maybe because I don’t have a smart meter? My daily tariff is still on the usage page though. Just occasionally it doesn’t show, particularly if the price is over the cap.

I've just signed up as seems a no brainer to me with being able to exit if prices go up too much. I'm on smart meters with utility warehouse. When I go live tomorrow I'm told the opening/closing reads can be taken from those and I shouldn't need to provide a manual read. Is that right?

Take a manual read anyway (preferably a photo) in case you need proof.2

I’ve been trying to switch onto the tracker tariff for weeks now. Several calls to customer service plus emails, I’ve filled out the form but they still haven’t been able to do it. So I’m surprised by how fast everyone else has got switched!
I’ve generally found customer service quite unhelpful e.g. I’m still waiting for them to credit my account with the balance off my old prepayment meters & I switched onto smart meters in October!
Fingers crossed they do my switch soon because the tracker rates are a lot better than the EPG rates.0
