That's a question I would like to find the answer for too... If I switch from the tracker to flexible tariff, can you then switch back to tracker? How much notice is required?
I was told that if you leave tracker you can’t go back on it. Maybe if they introduce a new version you might get that one.
I think what they mean is you wouldnt get back on same version if that version was no longer a current version.

Yes, but you''ll go back to the current version, which may not be the original one, which will have been cheaper.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

Am in the process of switching to the tracker tariff.
Have a code from Octopus for referral scheme, not ultimately sure how that works.
Appreciate down to the individual but is there a general consensus re unit costs when to jump ship back to the flexible rate?

The code should be sent to you as a link, click on it and it lets you sign up from there.

Or if not, quoting the code words/numbers if you're dealing with a member of staff to switch will work.  Even if you've switched straight through the website not a referral link, contact them asap (phone/e-mail/Twitter) and they will almost certainly honour it.
