I think what they mean is you wouldnt get back on same version if that version was no longer a current version.Griffindog said:

Am in the process of switching to the tracker tariff.Have a code from Octopus for referral scheme, not ultimately sure how that works.
Appreciate down to the individual but is there a general consensus re unit costs when to jump ship back to the flexible rate?0 -

Or if not, quoting the code words/numbers if you're dealing with a member of staff to switch will work. Even if you've switched straight through the website not a referral link, contact them asap (phone/e-mail/Twitter) and they will almost certainly honour it.t0rt0ise said:
