Also, I've been charged 8.67p per kwh as an 'average' but Tracker v 2 South West was 6.00p per Kwh all month except a few days it was even lower (according to My Smart Energy website).  

Why am I being charged 8.67p ? It makes no sense to me. Truly baffling.

My balance history changes as soon as I submit a reading usually but if they don't send me a bill a few days later then the balance numbers and consumption numbers get erased and the figures keep getting merged every time I submit a reading. Until I end up with one 'average' over a month for weekly readings. It's really unhelpful. 🙁

Are you definitely on Tracker v2?

V2 was only available for a few weeks in March/April.
When did you sign up for Tracker?

Yes, I am on V2. There's only 16 people in the UK on this version (Octopus told me this) I signed up in April.

Does anyone have a record of the caps and SCs for the different Tracker (and Agile) versions?

I am sure someone has a spreadsheet!

Does anyone know if there is a record anywhere of daily rates over the last 3 weeks? The Guy Lipman site no longer works. (I’m in Yorkshire).

I only have 25th - 16.61 E and 7.33 G
29th - 12.95 E.

May work for you, although the costs seem to a be a day out from yours

From my spreadsheet of East Midlands Tracker July V1 mysmartenergy seem to have repeated the 18th December Costs on the 19th December so all after the 18th are a day out, not sure if that is the case with yours.

Thank you. I am usually billed at the previous day’s prices so it isn’t a problem. Tomorrow’s readings should be charged at 20.60 and 7.68.

I was keeping a spreadsheet with daily prices and readings but I let it lapse when we hit the cap every day in early December. I should start it again to monitor my savings. 

Not only are Octopus failing to send me bills but the wheel of fortune is broken too 🤬
