Has anyone had a bill recently? I have been submitting readings but haven’t had a bill for a fortnight. My balance history gave me a zero kwh usage for 1.1.23 despite me putting a reading in for 3 days use.0

"I can see there is an issue with pushing this statement through so I have raised this with our tech team. They should be able to generate the statement but you'll receive an email once ready. It may take a little while for them to review and fix this"Griffindog said:Has anyone had a bill recently? I have been submitting readings but haven’t had a bill for a fortnight. Smart Meter reading - 27DEC1 -
My last bill was issued on the 20th, for a reading given on the 18th. I haven't had a bill yet for my reading on the 1st (just after midnight). Electric only, if that's relevant.

Same here. Tracker V 2 (May). No bill for 3 weeks although I submit readings weekly. On my balance history the weeks are all rolled into one lump. But none of it has been billed. This also happened back in November.Griffindog said:Has anyone had a bill recently? I have been submitting readings but haven’t had a bill for a fortnight. Meanwhile, I keep a record of the Day Ahead prices and my tracker prices and they are um rather incoherent/illogical at times.0 -
I’m also on Gas Tracker v2. I submitted a meter reading this morning and almost immediately my balance was adjusted and a charge for the correct amount appeared in my balance history. I have no actual bill yet which usually follows a couple of days later.0

Bill just received very promptly. A quick comparison shows I’ve saved just over £20 compared to the SVT in December0

Mine still hasn’t arrived. Last bill dated 20th December (covered 19th December). At least 8 readings submitted since then.tlcgrantham said:Bill just received very promptly. A quick comparison shows I’ve saved just over £20 compared to the SVT in December0 -
I received my bill today, finally. But after submitting weekly readings and no bill for almost a month, my bill was all bundled in together and 'averaged' over the month. This included gas & electric used over Xmas when the house was empty and the heating was off.
My balance history and calculations online was changed 3 times in one day - at one point they charged me twice for the same week so that's now on my bill as a 'refund'. It makes things incoherent in terms of both the cap and the tracking ratios. And my energy charges monitoring.
As I said before, I file the prices and my unit costs daily and submit readings at least weekly but getting it all bundled into one 'average' bill a month later renders it all a bit pointless.
I am wondering if they are overloading the staff with the prep for Bulb customers joining.
