Wales and the NorthWest is 4.63p/kWh on Tracker.

4.57p for me, Southern Scotland. It's not 2.583p, or below 4p for that matter, in any region.

Is it not irrelevant? The only thing that changes is the Octopus-imposed Cap.  I am not sure where the 1.28p/kWh figure has come from.

No, its calculated differently, it works out cheaper atm but has a higher cap.
