  • I looked at the URL that opened when I clicked to update Amazon in the extension, and saw that it had "&orderFilter=year-NaN" in the middle. Meanwhile the page was just repeatedly refreshing with nothing happening. I edited the "NaN" to "1995", which is the first year shown in the dropdown on my Amazon orders page, and it stepped through each year in turn up to 2022, presumably reading all the orders from each page (although it would still have missed a lot since most years have more than a page worth of orders). Then it took a few minutes to upload, and I got my points.

    Now to work out what's wrong with Netflix, which just sticks indefinitely on "Collecting and encrypting data." Anyone managed to make that work?

  • Thanks for that Ollie that succeeded on mine which other fixes haven't worked on. Netflix sometimes has quirks for me but generally works ok so sorry I can't help there. Youtube says I have no history sometimes which is definitely wrong but is possibly when i'm using the app on my phone to play something and uploading safe data on my laptop.

    Manual cashing out still not fixed for me on YG Direct or the main panel, at least its only 4-6 weeks to get a response from them these days rather than several months, they don't seem to have any intentions of fixing it. Nearly ended up with an extra £50 as someone managed to forget to manually adjust my points balance when I last cashed out.

    Is this still working? It's not available on Chrome any more? I used to use it but got a new computer and can't find the extension now?

    i've got it on chrome, I think you possibly install it from within the YouGov site now rather than the play store, maybe have a nose within your account area

    It's gone wrong again. Just endlessly refreshing. I tried the fix that I posted on the 14th Feb, and it stepped through the years up to 2022 as before, but then it just went back to "NaN" and kept refreshing. Doesn't seem to be any way around it this time. It says "(beta)" next to the Amazon shopping history, I guess what that means is "sometimes stops working."

    strange, I did it yesterday and your fix worked again for me, it did take a while on 2022 but got there eventually

    Appreciate this thread is probably dead, but on the off chance someone has discovered a workaround for the Yougov Safe Netflix upload, would anyone mind sharing how they managed that?  Mine was always a little tempermental, but by and large worked most weeks, however in the past 2 to 3 weeks, it's consistently not worked - everything else is working fine, so I know it's not the 'Safe' browser extension.  

    Submitted a ticket to Yougov support but I'm not holding my breath... 
  • I have an issue with uploading Netflix and Hulu data. When trying to upload Netflix data, the screen perpetually shows me this. I have submitted 3 tickets over the past couple of months, but I never get an answer.

    Netflix upload has worked for me in the past but for a while now has been unable to complete.
    I've noticed that YouGov have made an update to the Netflix upload, so I can now see that it gets stuck at 30% for me:
     

    Amazon shopping has never worked.
