  • Anyone also struggling with disney plus? I managed to add it but ever since it won't add my activity and gives a message that I have no viewing history (which is incorrect)
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone

    A few days ago it told my my viewing data was invalid and suggested I hadn't watched enough yet - although I've watched plenty, and it's always gone through ok before. Just tried again and it worked fine this time. I'm guessing a temporary issue either with YouGov or Disney+.

    Having trouble with it collecting Youtube data. it crashes when getting to the adding data stage.

    Getting the same message now when I try to update my Amazon shopping history:

    We're sorry. The data you've submitted does not yet meet our requirements for valid data.

    To help protect our community & the data within it, we want to ensure people are being fairly rewarded for valuable data. While we cannot reveal the rules as it would only help bad actors try to game our system, if you are new to using chrome, there is a chance you just need more data to be part of Safe. Browse/view/listen a bit more and try again later.

    Obviously something not working properly at YouGov, then. But I don't appreciate the implication that I might be a "bad actor trying to game the system." Also, why "if you are new to using Chrome"? Surely it scrapes the data from the Amazon website, and has nothing to do with how long you've been using Chrome?

    I've had the same issue.

    All the others have been fine but Steam hasn't connected for several weeks now.
  • So, it seems this has stopped working for Amazon shopping history again. What it's doing now is just opening the "Your orders" page for 1995, and then sitting there without opening the YouGov Safe popup and collecting data. Anyone else having the same issue? I'm guessing the extension won't be updated with fixes any more, as it is no longer available in the Chrome extension store.

    Amazon shopping worked fine for me yesterday though it did take a solid 5 minutes or just over.
    Netflix however isn't for me

    Mine is the same and has been for a couple of weeks now.

    i do not think a week goes pass that there is not a issue with something on safe which is a poor show.
