Yougov Safe issues

Looks like yougov added a new feature to Yougov Safe



However, got an error message that my data is not of high enough quality, which is rather bizarre. Tried with a different Chrome profile as well and the same issue so no points for me. Anyone else been able to get points?

Getting points for Netflix stopped a few weeks ago and now Amazon shopping history stopped working as well today, Amazon prime has no issues within the same account. Tried with my and OH Amazon profile and same issue in both accounts and there was shopping data from February in. Anyone else experiencing issues?

Was thinking of raising a ticket but not really have any hope that anything will happen and also a bit scared that they block the account for whatever reason (there is none) and I end up with more issues as I was trying to solve.

Netflix and Youtube both dont work for me either, I did raise a ticket and got a reply after a week saying that my Paramount upload works - which i knew. Sent another pointing out paramount works ok, but netflix and youtube dont. but not expecting to hear anything back. With Yougov Safe issues and lack of surveys thesedays its getting to be just not worth it.

I had already two payouts this year so still worth it and a very little extra but wouldn't mind if the things they offer would actually work. Apple is another one, have a 5 months free promotion and get told I have no valid subscription. Disney+ I had 6 months free with O2 and now started another 12m free with Samsung (never paid for Disney in the last 3 or so years) and have never had any issues to upload Disney+ data even if I also not have a paid subscription.

Received email today about uploading my browser history. Didn't work with Chrome, installed the addon in Brave and was able to upload. Cleared all data before and clicked a bit around on news websites, checke the weather, etc. Amazon and Netflix still not working with neither browser.

Same issue here but with Netflix and Amazon shopping. Only thing that is worth it is the Yougov Finance for me personally.

Seen today they have taken Prime shopping of Safe now.

Now Netflix is not working.

I am sure they do something each week so at least 1 is not working each week.

Opposite for me, Netflix started to work again after several months when it got stuck on the upload screen before. Deleting cookies and cache helped too.
