still not fixed here & the work around doesn't work either. I have eventually got a reply to them on the multitude of issues their various apps have & apparently they are aware of the amazon shopping upload issue and are working on a fix (you'd think it would be a bit more of a priority to fix given its been broke for several months)
At least you got a reply I'm still waiting for one from them but it's nice to know they are working on a fix. I guess it probably isn't that much of a priority since they have to pay out more and they probably want to keep all the money they get paid for themselves lol. I've just cashed out again which is surprising as I only cashed out in March and usually it takes me way longer to get 5000 points.
Its taken at least 2 months of harassment via various channels, submitting reports every fortnight or so.
At least you can cash out, part of my issues are the YouGov Direct app tries to make me change bank accounts/institutions every time I try to cash out so i've run out of banks to cash out to! & I can't cash out of the main panel either as i'm getting a validation error but I don't get a validation to complete.
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps

Try this if you're having issues as it worked for me, make sure you see the year values go up on the site:

    1.log into amazon before starting

2.click the amazon shoppers history option in the YouGovSafe extension - DO NOT CLICK THE BLUE "ADD NOW"

    3. paste and hit enter with this link in the address bar : https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/your-account/order-history?opt=ab&digitalOrders=1&unifiedOrders=1&returnTo=&orderFilter=year-2011

4.you should see the history year counter going up from 2011 to present.

    5. after it's done you may have to wait about 30 secs - 1 minute for the data to add and then you should get your 200 points eventually.

I followed this but instead of the above url, after the /gp/ use the following instead (as I'm new i'm not allowed to post links, so can't c&p it fully)
    css/order-history?ie=UTF8&digitalOrders=1&opt=opt=ab&digitalOrders=1&unifiedOrders=1&returnTo=&orderFilter=last30

Hopefully it should work for others

I just cannot get it work. It loops round and round whether I use the standard YouGov Safe option, or your option or Zaunite's option.

I see Yougov Safe have a new extension, instead of just erroring for Amazon shopping it now errors for all of them, it did however give me my points after the error message for everything but Amazon shopping, despite the workarounds etc. I still can't get it to work and the first payout has gone from 200 points to 75!

Mines been working well for the past couple of months, the new extension seems to handle the data much better than the other one did. I got a error message but still got the points which equalled the 650 points they said I would get in the email.
  • I have been trying to upload my browser history for last few days and it will not do it as keep getting a error message.

Also now i am getting 25 points not 50 as before they came out with new extension.

they seem to want to get the information for as less points as possible.

Same here.  Had problems uploading datasets since first installing it and less points everytime they issue a new extension.  Wondering if its worth bothering with at all now.

Have to say it comes across as a bit rude and kind of telling me Not to cheat but not really sure how they think you can cheat with Browsing history.

Yougov are getting worse over last few months.
