Try this if you're having issues as it worked for me, make sure you see the year values go up on the site:

    1.log into amazon before starting

2.click the amazon shoppers history option in the YouGovSafe extension - DO NOT CLICK THE BLUE "ADD NOW"

    3. paste and hit enter with this link in the address bar : https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/your-account/order-history?opt=ab&digitalOrders=1&unifiedOrders=1&returnTo=&orderFilter=year-2011

4.you should see the history year counter going up from 2011 to present.

    5. after it's done you may have to wait about 30 secs - 1 minute for the data to add and then you should get your 200 points eventually.

i did all that and it went from 2011 to present and then after 20 secs i got the something went wrong message.
how many times did you do it till you got it to work?
It worked for me first time and I only got 1 purchase from 2021, if you have purchases from prior to 2011 you might need to change the end of the URL to the relevant year i.e 2000 or if you don't have purchases prior to 2011 try changing the year on the URL to later years

That worked first time for me. I changed the year to 2004, when I started shopping with Amazon. Thank you.

Definitely not working for me, I've changed the number to every year since joining Amazon and I always get the same error message now instead of the forever loading circle message. I wish yougov would actually reply back to their support tickets. Out of curiosity how many orders do the people who has got it working have? I've got 702 orders since 2007 which is when my first order is on my account so I'm wondering it might be too many orders for it to process?

Here is what I see, everything else works fine just not Amazon shopping, even prime video works.

Tried it today and it actually went through so I'm guessing they've fixed the issue but will see how the next time goes in 30 days time.

i have just tried it and it worked this time.

but i have a new problem now and that is now its saying there are no supported data sources for you yet.

so my box is now empty so is this the same for others?

one problem fixed then a new one comes up.

still not fixed here & the work around doesn't work either. I have eventually got a reply to them on the multitude of issues their various apps have & apparently they are aware of the amazon shopping upload issue and are working on a fix (you'd think it would be a bit more of a priority to fix given its been broke for several months)
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps

At least you got a reply I'm still waiting for one from them but it's nice to know they are working on a fix. I guess it probably isn't that much of a priority since they have to pay out more and they probably want to keep all the money they get paid for themselves lol. I've just cashed out again which is surprising as I only cashed out in March and usually it takes me way longer to get 5000 points.
