Yougov Safe issues

is anyone who uses Yougov safe having issues getting it to read Amazon shopping history?

Amazon shopping only went on this week but whenever i try to do it all i am getting is the white box in middle of screen telling me to wait a moment and the amazon orders page just keep clicking over like its reloading all the time.

i have sent them a email but as normal they never answer back.

I came across potentially the same issue. It first started back in 2003! and went through every year since up to 2021! Like you, however, the white window keeps saying please wait while sitting on 2021. It was rather shocking how many orders I have done every year since I joined!

Mine took quite a while but eventually it finished and the points were added.

How long did it take you to do? as i did it about 3pm today and its still running some 5 hours later.

Definitely nowhere near as long as that.

Unfortunately not, I left that going for 12 hours before closing the tab. Might give it another go tomorrow!

I'm having the same issue and after leaving it for hours nothing seems to sort it and the Customer service for yougov haven't been exactly helpful. The first response I got from them said I have to use the email I use for my account which funnily enough was the email they replied to me with. I'm still waiting for a response from them but not holding my breath.

Has anyone figured out how to fix the issue?

No still no fix.

i have been doing it everyday and still the same after a few hours.

everything else works ok but not Amazon shopping so it must be a issue at their end but as you say Customer service is nill.

Yeah same here, I wonder if it might be due to amount of information it has to collect as I've watched it and it seems to go load up each year from the drop down list and I've been buying off Amazon since 2007 and my number of orders has gone up from the lowest of 2 in 2007 to 162 in 2015, 117 in 217 in 2020, maybe it's trying to collect too much data?

I have been trying every day and am losing lots of money as I buy lots from amazon. It is reusing to do Disney+ as well. No idea what to do or how to contact them.

Yeah same, I've contacted yougov 4 times about the issue and only got a reply once which said I didn't have an account with them which was very odd. I've given up trying to contact them however I might start tweeting at them and see if I can get their attention that way.
