Finally caught up wahooo. It's so frustrating when everything goes wrong at same time or one after other. You feel like you never get the chance to fill the pots up properly!

Yes I tend to play around with my day to day ones alot. I've put the others into ones that require 24hrs notice to avoid the temptation. If an emergency happens I'll use the EF and repay it from the pot

Rubbish that the microwave has gone now. Look on the bright side - there can’t be much else that needs replacing…
Its definitely a good feeling when finances are sorted. 👏👏👏👏

Happy September ☔️
It’s feeling very autumnal already, so I have some simply gingerbread syrup in my coffee to fit the mood 😀
As always I am hoping for a significant win on the pb’s overnight, but also expecting the usual kick in the teeth haha. 

I did a bit of spending and ordered some more cushion soled socks. I have a pack of these and they are so comfy and are my preferred sock for walking in, so I thought I’d boost my collection! I managed 15.5k steps yesterday, which I’m very pleased with, I just wish I could fit in that amount every day.  Other than that it was mostly a bit of cleaning, scrolling, a trip to Lid! and not much else. 

I am hoping to get through this month with minimal spending, mostly just the odd food in bulk purchase I usually take care of and not too much else. September already feels like it will be a long month as the payday is on a Monday, so it messes with the vibe…an extra weekend to cover! 

Our plum trees are full this year. It seems like every other year is a bumper year, as last year wasn’t brilliant, but the year before was really good. It’s tricky to harvest them though as the trees are very tall and one is up a banking. MrWW got a basket on a pole for me and it does work if they are ready to fall, but not for the not quite ripe ones. I will keep practicing with it 😅

Thanks lookbook. I think I need to workout what I can do with them all, apart from eat them neat 😅 I do cheats apple turnovers with ready made puff pastry, so hopefully I can do something similar. I have never attempted jam before.
