I can get behind chocolate raisins too keeponknitting….in fact anything sweet or chocolate coated 😁
The pic n mix was the charm as I lost the pound (again) this morning! Imagine how much I could have lost if I’d eaten the whole bag 🤭
MrWW was on nights last night so I’m tiptoeing around. WW dog went for a nice sit in the garden in the rain and I managed to get up to 2k in steps just by marching around her in the grass, along with emptying the dishwasher and feeding the furries before we went out. I need to wait for her to sleep soundly and then I should be able to sneak out for a walk around the beach and forest track without setting her off on a barkathon. If she thinks we are all inside she’ll sleep soundly and not wake MrWW up. I have only been getting to 7 or 8k on workdays so need to get over the 10k today and tomorrow.I am planning a full day of no spending…wish me luck!I hope you all have a good day ⭐️Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Love the idea pic n mix is a weight loss aid!! I had half a box of after 8s last night. Not sure they’ll have the same effect but have put them on my shopping list today to replace them just in case 🤣🤣slowly working towards being MF one small over payment at a time :T5
