Good morning and please can someone come and supervise me? Anybody? I’m running out of control here 😣 I think MrWW being on a whole raft of nights has left me swanning around, in charge of the tv controls, scrolling the shops, clicking on the sale emails, the spring new in emails, the anything you desire emails….as SA has said before I am an advertisers dream 😒 So, I bought some clothes, 3 sale items, 2 spring new in items and 3 items for MrWW, all from the same place.  £198 and that was with free postage and after 20% off 😖. Then I weighed myself this morning and have gone up a pound and into the next stone bracket….what is wrong with me!
So, a big mental shake, I have done my hair oiling, my 5 step face cleanse and moisturise (which I sometimes forget), emptied the dishwasher, reset my budgets (sorry savings), fed all the animals and it’s still only 9.20 on a Saturday morning. I will take the hound out and then go and get a small food shop (not out of my budget luckily). Please expect me to report back with lots of no spend days, exercise and good calorie control for the rest of the month…..I know you won’t trust me, I don’t always either, but hey ho!
I hope you are all having a good weekend ☀️

Unsubscribe from the emails, you don't need them and they are making you feel bad!  If you need stuff you can go direct to the website, you don't need them to prompt you.  A discount code is worthless if it's making you buy stuff you don't need or really want.

There's nothing wrong with you, it's how the system is designed.

Good luck for the rest of the month!

You could always cancel or return the items?
It’s very satisfying knowing you’ll be getting that money back 👌

  • Could the items for Mr WW be saved for his birthday so you don't pay as much for gifts then?

Oh WW ☹️ Don’t know what to say. You need to work on a mindset change or some sort of distraction technique when you’re tempted to spend. Good idea from jwil about unsubscribing from the emails or just delete them without reading. Do you really need all this stuff? If you can identify your triggers you can work on avoiding similar situations.

@MFWannabe you are stronger than I am 😅 I’m planning to pay myself back by reducing my spends in other areas. I already realised today I have a full tank of fuel (I’m one of those that views 3/4’s as dangerously empty 🤭) so the allocated £50 can offset some of it already. PIP that’s a nice idea, but I am terrible at saving things, I’d be blabbing before I’d closed the door on the postman 😁
Jwil I spent hours at Christmas unsubscribing from loads of emails….where do they all come from? It’s like they breed. I noticed I was getting regular emails from some company called the Cornish Fishmonger…I have no idea! Do they even deliver to Scotland? And if it’s not deep fried with batter or out of a tuna tin I wouldn’t really say I’m a fish person…the mind boggles. Did I really sign up for it? I think not 😅

Good morning and happy Sunday ⭐️ I had a nice early start when one of the cats barfed all over the bed at 6am, then after removing the lumps and one blanket I couldn’t get back to sleep. MrWW rocked in half an hour later talking about the rain and flooding and then I was wide awake. I will need to properly strip the bed when he gets up, but luckily they chose my side to barf and most was cleared apart from a wet stain, so he’s ok for now!
I forgot to get milk yesterday when I went out for a few bits of shopping and my car was still having a little moan about its battery when I got back, so I will risk the localised flooding and go in a bit. The trouble with country roads is there is no drainage once the fields are saturated. Also my alloys are getting to the age where I need to check my tyre pressure on one of the wheels and pump it up before every other trip! I may have to get them reconditioned, but it’s hassle I’d rather put off! At least I can check and use the foot pump in the drive rather than braving a public petrol station forecourt 😅
Other than that I don’t have any huge plans for today. I may do my nails.
ihope you are all enjoying the rest of your weekend ✨

Hi WW, tyre pressure always done by the daughter, don't think I could bend down do it now anyway, certainly couldn't bend the old knees 🤭, I'd never get back up. It's nice and sunny down south, getting some washing dry outside, yay!
    Enjoy your Sunday

Good morning and happy Wednesday ☀️
I did not buy anything yesterday and have no plans to today!
I am trying to do the ‘eating window’ thing this week to see if it helps with kicking off the weight loss. I decided I wouldn’t eat until 12pm and then aim to stop by 8pm at the latest. Monday was easy, but yesterday I was thinking about food from about 10.30 (but stuck it out). This morning I woke up hungry 😅
I am telling myself this is the fat burning kicking in! I had egg salad for tea yesterday so that will be long gone. I am determined to stick this out for a week and then check the scales. If it has made a difference then I’ll keep going.
    i hope you all hav3 a brilliant day ☀️✨
