Morning and happy Friday ⭐️ Where did my holiday go? 

It is still snowy, but the roads seem clear so we plan to go to the big town for food supplies and a stock up. I’m looking forward to a cheeky look in b&m 😅
Yesterday we collected MrWW’s car in between snow showers, so that’s good. But he checked the parts prices and was outraged at the mark up the garage had added…about 70%! 

February is flying by, compared to the year of January. I am getting excited about trying my hand at gardening when the snow has gone. I do hope I can stick it out 😬

But if you have thought about it for months and you still want it, that's not an impulse. That's a delayed gratification until you are sure.

I have wanted some ridiculously expensive perfume since September that I tried on a whim. I'll buy it at some point, when I have enough pennies.

Good morning and happy Saturday ☀️
Today I need to shout out to @LadyWithAPlan as I re read her signature on ‘don't buy stuff’ on humdinger’s diary and it made me close down several open baskets I was thinking about 😬 One of them had fantastic discounts, but I do not need any new clothes…no I do not! I have enough clothes to last 10 years, even after last years monster clear out. I work from home, I live a gazillion miles from friends and family, no one is going to say ‘ooh, is that new?’ and that disappointing thought makes me save things for best, which means I am just wasting money for it to sit in a cupboard waiting for a special occasion! So, that is a win for today. In celebration I will move £10 to a new pot towards a new item when I actually need it. 

Yesterday we made it to the big town and the freezers are now fully stocked. I had a lovely saddo time in b&m, frmfoods (with a £10 off voucher) and big Tesco’s….I’m easily pleased 😁 I have lots of fruit and veg as I am trying to make it to at least 5 a day…and some essential eggs (cadburys white cream ones) 🤭
I’m not sure what today will bring, but I have that vague sense of doom at my week off running through my fingers and Monday creeping up on me. 

I have three cats sitting on me, two of them are having an argument about prime knee position and one is balanced on my shoulder like a demented parrot riding the wobbles as I type, so I guess I should get up!

Well done!! I am the same I have so many clothes ... i largely WFH. 
I have so many toiletries I am trying to use them before buying but I am now running out of hair conditioner/leave in conditioner stuff -and the stuff I use is not cheap but does last 6-12 months .. but of course I am running out of all of it...

I have never had a white choc cream egg .. sounds amazing

@LadyWithAPlan I have just had to stock up on my shampoo and conditioner, which isn’t cheap, but is on a 3 for 2 offer right now and will last me a year. It’s from the Cornish seaweed bath co and is so good. It has stopped me shedding like a moulting dog 🤭 Some things are worth the price I think.
