Definitely try for another quote. Good news about Mr WW's tests.

Good morning and happy Wednesday ☕️
We are struggling to find anyone else to quote for gates, if that’s correct then it explains why they can charge what they want!
My weight has stayed the same all week and I didn’t win the lottery last night…what is happening!
Steven has had breakfast and is banging on the window for more 😅 seagulls are bullies.
Work today and I’m hoping it will be a bit quieter, but I can’t see it. I think I will need to go in a couple of times on my week off to get things done.
I have £13 left in my pot until payday, but don’t expect to spend anything else.
I hope you all have a lovely day 🌞☕️🌟

If it is a front garden is it possible to just take the gates off and leave it ungated?  I don't know where you live but round here in a 1990s house no one has front garden fences or gates.

@enthusiasticsaver yes it is and yes I think that’s a good idea. The single gate has been off for a while and the doubles are wooden and beyond repair. The sizes are non standard so it’s not like we could order easily on line. I think it will look tidier without.

Have you looked on eBay ? They seem to sell everything on there - maybe someone could build them and bring them whilst going on a holiday?

    Billy No Gates?

Worth thinking about if you don't need them for security or animals

We had some wooden gates fitted on our very large wide drive quite a few years ago. Mr SA took them down to paint a few years later, they never were painted or put back up and just rotted eventually. The drive looks fine without them and it’s not attracting people or wild animals to run about in our drive 😆
