Fluid fluctuations are exactly why you shouldn’t weigh yourself every day. Once a week is plenty.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

Good morning and happy Saturday ☕️☕️☕️
@Humdinger1 the figure is close 🤭
Went down a bit this morning, but still half a pound off last weeks lowest. I took dog out and had a 20 minute march around the garden this morning. I should get plenty of steps today…although we’ll also be going out for lunch.
I hope you all have a fabulous day 🌟Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

It’s been beautiful and sunny, but very cold today. I’ve been out marching with dog twice and my steps are over 7k already. I have earned back the 200 exercise calories nutra check asks for so that’s a result.
We had lunch out and I had to guess the calories with like for like items. I have about 400 left as we skipped breakfast, so I can at least have something for tea 😬
We called at L*dl and got the free Easter item with over £25 spend. We only needed a small shop, so were wondering if we’d made it to the £25 when we looked at the paltry amount in the trolley…..£38 later, we definitely scraped through for the free item and were left realising just how out of touch with price rises we really are. Our estimate was out by over a third! 30 items and 2 of those were free…the Easter deal and then a free item for hitting that milestone last week. I chose a white chocolate Larry Lamb and some dried apricots. I’ve probably more chance of eating the apricots this year 😢 5 of the items were cat stickies so at least someone is happy 🤣Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

My cats love the sticks from Lid! It’s shocking how prices have risen. I’ve heard that Lid! is the worst offender in that respect. A lot of things are cheaper in the normal supermarkets now.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

😂😂😂I read that as cat stickers…..I did wonder how your rewarded the cats with them….and they appreciated them 😂😂😂 Can’t you tell I used to work in a school where you get some to do anything for a sticker.
Your meal out sounded great 👍January spends - £587.581 -
Just one of the 4 is a sticky monster 😁 and they all love Dreamies and goody bags/crispies. The stick boy would eat packets all at once and is very demanding. I’d love to give them stickers 🤣 not that they’d ever earn them 😅
I do miss having access to a wide range of supermarkets SA. There were things I loved from all of them 😕Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien
