So very late today. A back to work Wednesday 😢☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️
I had a lovely day yesterday with lunch out and a beach wander. Sadly my Fitbit had run out of charge so all my steps were invisible 😖
Today has been manic, but I still have my badge! Yay.

I could have sworn I made a Thursday post…it’s been that kind of day!
nothing to report really apart from I’m half a pound away from the shining star of a half stone badge. 

Work is manic and I ate a Tracker in protest, so have less calories left for tea 😬
MrWW has gifted me some money for valentines/anniversary and I don’t know what to get! £100 if anyone has any good ideas for me?

Ah, they’re cute Lou. I’m a bit rubbish with jewellery as I usually wear the same gold necklace 100% of the time, in the shower, asleep, everywhere. I have quite a few lovely necklaces perfect for going out, but generally forget to make the swap unless it’s a rare and special occasion. I’d love to be one of these put together people who sorts out an entire ensemble before leaving the house, but I’m not 🤭

I know what you mean, I always mean to make more effort.  I did do a few online things which really helped a few years back.  The lady who delivered those wrote a really good book on the subject that you can get on Amazon, Lisa Newport, Project FAB.

What about saving the £100 for a treat when you’ve reached your goal weight. Something really nice to wear for example.

Good morning and happy Friday ☕️☕️ it’s been a long week…even though I was off for 2 days of it 😬
Thats a good idea SA, but I’m not sure I could cope with the daily ‘have you spent it yet’ queries 😅
Work today, but I hope to get away nice and early. I dropped a few more points of a pound today, so have high hopes for hitting the 7lbs tomorrow with the magic later weigh in. Fingers crossed 🤞 If I drop a pound a week it will take me until July to get to my goal. Anything slower and it could be Christmas 😖
Imagine that, you’ll have me moaning about calories for all that time 🤭
February seems to be flying by. Another 2 and a bit weeks and it will be pay day!
