Good morning and happy Thursday ☕️☕️☕️ I did not want to get up today, it’s cold and I’m tired,
I didn’t win the lottery either, despite treating myself to two tickets 😟 it’s just not good enough!
The stew and dumplings went down very well last night, but I stayed the same on the scales. I think it’s the weight of the food as I stayed at 1200 cals (although had to estimate a bit).
Work today and no other plans. I did have a hot water bottle at my desk yesterday and plan the same today, even though it attracted nuisance cats like a tune from the pied piper 😅
