Your shepherds pie sounds delicious. I had porridge and apple for breakfast don’t think I could have it for dinner - hats off to you 👍

I remember the MM programme about cholesterol - beetroot / beetroot juice was also really good for reducing it.

I’m confused dawny…beetroot is for adding to white doorstep cheese sandwiches, that would really pile on the calories and cholesterol 😁

Funnily enough I made a bowl of chopped beetroot, tomato, cucumber and small piece of cheese for my dinner today and I’d actually forgot about MM mentioning it. You are so right though WW it needed a doorstep of bread with it.

Love beetroot - remember having it hot at school, might be on the menu this week now !

Can’t imagine I’d like beetroot juice, I think it would be too sweet like carrot juice

  • I’ve never tried beetroot juice (apart from down my front, obviously), am I missing out? And yes to the Mayo in that sandwich 😋
I stuck to the porridge pot breakfast and dinner, then had a smallish portion of chicken tikka curry and rice and half a garlic flat bread. Also a couple of small pieces of chocolate. Probably more calories than I should have had, but I found myself pondering what flavour porridge to have for breakfast as I was going to sleep, so I definitely wasn’t over full 🤣
Just work today and no spending planned.
I hope you all have a happy Tuesday 📚☕️⭐️

I had beetroot in my salad yesterday! I love it. I then went to my friend's for tea and had carb overload - pasta, garlic bread and then sponge and custard. Good job i went for a walk at lunch. Today I will try to eat better. i like porridge pots but don't think i could eat 2 a day - well done WW :)
