Good morning and happy Thursday ☕️📚🧁
I have booked tomorrow off, so today is my Friday. Even with the bank holiday it’s felt like a long week! 

MrWW ordered me an oodie yesterday as a surprise. I would have gone for a darker colour (because pets) and a knock off if I’m honest, but I’m looking forward to receiving it. It will be great for days at my desk when I’m fighting the heating urge in autumn and winter 😁 I have already invested in 2 hot water bottles and some thin gloves over summer, so we should be prepared to have the heating on a bit less.
I’m having the post pay day slump today, where everything is accounted for and I feel poor once again!

I’m at the point where not much looks flattering beanie, I’ll just look like a warmer fluffier version of the sack of spuds look I’m rocking right now. I guess as a plus point I could pretend to be slinky and glamorous underneath?

Good morning and happy day off Friday 😁
im hoping to keep spending to a minimum today, but we may go out for lunch 😋
Our plum trees are heaving, but still mostly green where we can reach them. I need to google when they might be ready for harvest and then learn how to stew and freeze them. I took a few test ones in yesterday to see if they’ll ripen inside. I’m not an experienced harvester 😕

LOL, I invested in 4 'alternative' kuddly ones, and we liked them so much that I bought 4 more so everyone has one on and one in the wash for the winter.  Agree with Beanie that they are warm but not attractive.  Longer would be better.  

The boy can fit a placid ginger cat in the front kangeroo pouch pocket of his.  He (the cat) purrs quite happily with his face out of one end and his tail out of the other and refuses to leave even though the boy is too hot.

Me too 🤣 anything like manual labour is not my forte (this is why the vacuuming never gets done 😬)

I’ll never mention it to the cats! There’s always one hanging off us like a baby possum as it is!
