It went fine, thank you 😊 
Then I did 5k on the exercise bike after work and nearly died 🙄 I really need to get back into it, it’s just so hard to make time! My legs were shamefully wobbly when I got off 😥
There are lots of fit people on here, but sadly I’m not one of them!

Thursday already...soon be Friday and then the weekend 🌺 
Today I hope to finish work at a sensible time so I can drag myself back on the exercise bike. It was a late finish last night...MrWW was looking doleful and hungry, but never thought to even switch the oven on...his stock excuse is he doesn’t know when I’ll finish 😡 Who cares, just get it started and either turn it down or let me know it’s ready. One day he’ll take a turn, it’s only been 11 yrs. He used to live alone and I was so impressed at how domesticated he was....mark 2 will be different I thought, but no, turned out he was just waiting for some mug to take over...sigh! I don’t know how people get this housework equality going, I fear I tripped up and was too soft in the beginning and now I can’t change it back 😖 I tried striking with his washing, but there was just stinking piles of it everywhere 😩 The ‘man’ jobs are always once a blue moon or easy like loading the dishwasher. I think he forgets we both work full time, sigh. 

I’m such a moaner, he’s not all bad and I guess I wouldn’t swap him 😁
I made it to NSD 5 yesterday, so that was good. 

I hope everyone has a lovely day 🌸 I’m trying to be good, but I think I need a nutrageous bar today, they keep calling me 🍫

Its a constant battle sometimes to get the men to pull there weight particularly when they forget that you both work full time .............I used to leave post it note lists to be struck off , just a handful of small jobs and keep leaving it until they were done but sometimes its just easier to do it yourself !!
I think men are just lazy and too easily distracted to get in to menial tasks especially when there is sport on the tv or a hive of activity on their phones.................well mine is anyway

@efes_shareholder and they are experts at ignoring things. Then if I go on strike about something and he eventually notices then he’s outraged at the mess, like it’s my fault it happened 🙄 
Glad it’s not just me that failed at the training 😖

I failed at the training as well but he’s very good at telling everyone else what to do and how it’s done

I failed the training too 🤦‍♀️  Just said to MrM we need to get the clothes sorted out at lunchtime as clean washing all over the front room and he pointed out he'd emptied the dishwasher this morning 🤦‍♀️  I also tried striking on the washing up, it's only pots and pans but was left all week until I ran out and couldn't bear it anymore.  The 15yo also mentioned the other day about how messy our house is and never used to he until I pointed out that I used to work part time so my "day off" was spent cleaning and shopping and now I'm full time I'm knackered by the evening.  No inclination here to do any exercise after work! 😂

The late MrC was actually ok at house stuff if you didn't count the 4 months out of 7 away at sea. I used to write a list each day of house jobs and ask him which ones he wanted to do. I did sleep nearest to the bedroom door though so I didn't have to tell him off for leaving clothes and/or a pile of junk on the floor round his side of the bed. Just as he was beginning to get on my nerves he went back to sea. It was a fabulous way to live.

@CRANKY40 it sounds wonderful. I used to love it when mine did 12 hour shifts and plenty of courses away 😁 You appreciate them more after a break 🤣
