Good morning and happy Monday…here we go again ☕️📚🍫
This morning I was 0.2 of a pound higher than I was when I started being good. I am definitely having less calories than I’m using, so I’ll just keep going until it kicks in. I’m not being super harsh, so maybe that’s the problem. Hey ho! 

This week is all about surviving until next Monday without spending anything! I spent £8 yesterday ordering a 5” square ruler I needed for some quilt blocks I started making. I thought I had one, but mine was 6” so it threw out the easy trimming. I could have managed without, now I’m thinking about it, but it’s more effort. This is probably also where I’m going wrong! I normally just trim with a ruler, but as these are the half square triangles I really want to be able to get the centre line straight.

Good morning and happy Tuesday 🌸📚☕️

I can seriously say this month’s spending is a wash out! I have spent money on delivering chocolates to a sad friend to cheer her up and now on flower delivery to another friend who has just lost her dear mum. I could have avoided spending on the chocolates, but I’m far away so can’t visit and really wanted to do something to show her she is valued and necessary. I keep drawing lines this month..no spending until payday, then wave the next £50 away 😖 I promise next month will be better. I have rejigged March spending money so I can hopefully pay this back to myself.
Work today and that’s about it.

Happy Thursday WW and chums.
Being kind shouldn't make you feel bad WW. Maybe you need to set aside an "emergency kindness" pot so you have cash available should these things come up that are out of your control. Budgets should be tailored to you not what others think or do xx

A kindness pot is a fantastic idea…the world needs more kindness pots
