  • Ah-hem….a black hard back note book. Black, black! Lots of beautiful thick black pages…and some white fine liner pens 😬 although I think my shiny metallic pens will work on it too. It is a thing of beauty (until I write in it).

  • Oooh that sounds wonderful. Is it for lists, budgetings, general musings??
I have some metallic Sharpies in silver gold and bronze that would look lovely.

  • Good morning and happy Thursday ☕️☕️☕️❄️❄️❄️❄️☃️☃️☃️
I have tomorrow booked off as I’m trying to get through my leave before year end. I thought MrWW was off when I booked it, but now he has a day shift. He’ll be off at the weekend though.
Nothing MSE to report and my notebook isn’t likely to arrive before tomorrow. We have snow again, it’s freezing and I’ve put the heating straight on.
I hope you all have a lovely Thursday filled with fun things 🍫☕️📚🪄

It is sunny here which is good as i dropped my car off for service and MOT then walked home, took one hour!  How lovely to be off tomorrow.
Hope you keep warm; I have just increased my DD to my gas/elec supplier as my usage for Dec - Jan was 4 times what i actually paid!!  I was underpaying as i was £00s in credit but now my credit is running out.
Just logging into work but not too many emails & i can see Friday on the horizon :)

Sorry late again.  I don’t cook by recipe !

id lob a big handful of pudding rice (or risotto rice if you’ve not got it - they are interchangeable) a pint of milk, the clotted cream, sugar to taste - either on the hob and boil for 20 ish mins or in the slow cooker for 2/3 hours.  I also add nutmeg, sultanas, chopped apple and sometimes a tin of evap milk.
