Do you mean you have no self raising flour? If so did you know you can convert it? I've converted all my recipes so that I only have to keep plain in. Saves storage & less to risk ever going OOD. I used Nigella Lawsons method. When she went to America she didn't like what they did to their self raising flour so she worked out a method. As long as you have baking powder you are good to go!

i have both types of flour but i don't plan on doing any baking! It is sunny here so i have put my washing out on the line and hope it stays dry so i can go for a walk and clear my headache (not self inflicted)

I tidied an extra £5 to the mortgage this morning and £5 to Christmas.I have just a few small dd’s to come out and the account is looking GRIM!
