Morning WW,
Well done one the NSDs!! I need to follow suit as we have a very spendy Nov coming up.
Have a lovely Monday, despite your pile of vomPennies starts again...........2022 - £13,579.222 -
Thanks everyone. 5 cats means it’s always vomit time somewhere! We are all on one level so it’s impossible to keep them out and I generally have at least one under the covers and one on my head. I can cope with that, but barfing on (my side of) the bed is just rude!
I agree Adam and Katya were amazing..the muscles that must have involved! I’ve never warmed to Katya, but the dance was amazing. Nancy is making me laugh, she is bonkers 🤣 it’s like she’s on springs (or happy pills) 🤣
I plan to add a new sheet to my spreadsheets for Christmas, so I can work out and track what I need to spend🎄 🎅🏻. I agree, November could be spendy if I’m not careful. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

WinterWarrior - agree with you about Greg, especially the outfit!!! I'm not sure who my favourite is this year, but it'ss changing every week at the moment. Do you think those monkeys are clever enough to disable the cam before they scoff all the food?

Good morning and happy Tuesday 🧁🍫☕️I survived my Monday, so that’s something. I used to work in a lovely small team where the manager would ring most days for a chat and he would always ask about holidays, weekends, etc. But with various reorganisations and retirements I am in a much bigger, younger team now and the only contact I had with any of them was one person on teams asking me how to do something 😖 It did give me time to catch up, but it does leave you feeling rather disconnected. Hey ho, only 4 days until the weekend 🤣
The (almost) 2 weeks to pay day seems a very long time to not be spending 😖
I hope you all have tremendous Tuesdays filled with happiness and wonderful things ☕️🍰🧁Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Happy Tuesday. I know what you mean about teams, I used to be in a really nice team, we were all really close and often went out for meals, theatre, etc. I moved teams on promotion, this one is ok but not a patch on my last team, no one is remotely interested in how you are. Obviously the extra money is great but I do miss my old team.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

Morning, I have that issue with teams too. I changed team in March and now I'm the only UK based member. They're all very professional because we don't know each other. In my old team we were all UK based and around the same age so would spend ages putting the world to rights 😂Credit Cards NOV 2019 £33,220.42 Sept 2023 £19,951.00 Tilly Tidy 20223/COLOR] Sept £43.71 Here's my diary: A Ditherer's Diary Again4

Most of ours are U.K. based, but ‘down south’. The only plus is they want a Christmas meet up and the central location (only a few hours from everyone they said) would actually take me 11 hours each way…so I’m hoping to be excused 😬. I’ve been in the company for ever and sadly all the people I knew like me have gone (gently and not so gently pushed) and I feel like a bit of a dinosaur now. I do miss those friendly chats @Naomim.
in MSE news, I rang the bank and can pay 10% over per yr on our mortgage. Going over that is seriously not an issue..I’m thinking a fiver here and there, not thousands 😟 (I wish). I have set up a payee for it on my list and have sent £10 as a test. If I can even (eventually) knock a month or two off the full term then that will be a good thing for future us 😁Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

I think you can be excused for an 11 hour trip for a jolly! I've only been at this company for 3.5 years but was with my old one for 17. With hindsight moving was the best thing I did even if I was so daunted at the prospect.
We took out a 2nd mortgage years ago to build a conservatory- which has since been removed as we had the extension built. I was overpaying then stopped but I might do this again. Add £5 or £10 on it a month as we have a 10% limit too I think.Credit Cards NOV 2019 £33,220.42 Sept 2023 £19,951.00 Tilly Tidy 20223/COLOR] Sept £43.71 Here's my diary: A Ditherer's Diary Again4
