Anybody else any updates? Starting to think i wont ever get my money, soon be another story if we owed them
  • I've never needed to send any letters was told security checks up until the 23rd but iv been waiting since April and security checks take 8 weeks max so well passed that alot of people are being told October now can u belive that!? Crazy complaints going In hard it not received by the 23rd this month had enough now
  • I’ve been filing a SA return for at least 15 years and I’ve had a few overpayments and under payments over the years. As you can imagine the under payments are sorted straight away and you can’t complete your claim without opting to pay right away or reclaimed through the following years tax code.

I invested into my pension last tax year and am owed a significant amount by HMRC. Because of this fact, they have now asked for ID and evidence of my identity - !!!!!!?

Like others I’ve been waiting now since April 6th for the funds to be paid back and HMRC keep hiding behind the Covid pandemic as a lame excuse for delays. They told me I would receive a letter four weeks ago with an update and then blamed the Royal Mail for delays!!

Jokes gone too far and so I submitted a complaint and would urge others to do so. Just waiting for more delays due to Covid BS any day now…

Your brother's number didn't come up in the computer's random selection for checks but yours did.

I have just been on webchat, once i finally got through, and they have now said that i can expect a reply by 23rd. They have now changed their 'expect a reply' date twice.
  • I got told the 23rd to start with they have now changed that to 25th August 🤦‍♀️
