So I logged in to my online account this morning just to see after my conversation yesterday and this has appeared.

My original submission was for a rebate of £3666.67

Iv been refunded £10 yesterday. What on earth is going on, iv had no grants etc.....
  • That's very odd 🤔 I'm not sure what to believe from them anymore did they tell you the letter being sent out was to request additional information?

The advisor couldn't say and said it will all be explained in the letter.

I'm not back till the weekend now too. I'm honestly at my witts end
  • I'm thinking of making a complaint as it's beyond a joke and the fact you can't track any progress or get told any information is ridiculous especially considering the amount of personal information you have to send by post. If we owed them money they would find the time to call daily and send numerous letters a week but the treatment isn't the same when they owe it. Havnt been eligible for any grants at all or any help either
