Anyone from the 8th had their payment yet was told a message went to the team that deals with payment and to wait another two weeks and still nothing still showing pending and haven’t been sent out one of these letters thanks all

Submitted mine the 6th no letter, no apparent security checks just delays.

Iv give up when it's in, it's in.

I called again today they said can take up to another 8 weeks it’s shocking it really is

I submitted my tax return 26 January for the tax year ending April 2020. Still waiting for my refund. Had surf 1 letter start March and surf 2 letter middle March. Sent everything back by end March. Nothing happened and I keep ringing every couple weeks. Just get fobbed off, no real explanation and no one tells you what is going on or if they need more information etc

Nothing yet, everything just seems to be a lot slower this year than usual.  Best to keep expectations in check.
