Hi, I sent my forms back last week, on my account it has a tab you can track forms, mine says received 01/06 and estimated completion 22/06 - not holding my breath though x

Did you send your documents back to the address at the top of the surf2 letter ? I'm having a last minute panic iv sent everything to the wrong place

9 weeks still pending, no letter sent and not undergoing checks when i spoke to them, what is going on

I did mine on the 6th April at 8pm and finally got my repayment issued on the 1st of June, I'd given up checking so I was beyond shocked when I saw my bank balance. I have been doing this for over 15 years now and this is something that I have never experienced before not even close to this year, good luck to everyone still waiting and hopefully they start issuing a few more over the coming days.

Well ... all the evidence sent to them but they didn't even open the envelope to check them since 28 of May. estimated completion 11/06 but is already 06/06 nothing happens. They can't even check the papers we sent to them, I am so frustrated this year... is incredible

How do you know when they estimate completion? Is there somewhere I can check on my documents ?
