    Yes recieved it a couple of days ago they told me it had been sent on 12th but the letter is dated 17th which explains why it took so long

    Sons has just come dated the 20th  so hopefully hubbys will come monday at least can get all  paperwork ready

    Well still pending and still no letter. Contacted them today said won’t be until July 1st due to backlog. They asked for a password though for when someone from that team calls me and said call will be nearer July. 
    Anyone that has been pending from 6th had theirs issued yet?

    Juat contacted them on Web chat 1st time I've done this after all this time been told usual security checks 6vweeks is timeframe apparently I'm 5weeks into mines but I submitted return 6weeks ago but not sure if its after requesting repayment the 6weeks count as didn't request repayment till a few days after this which would make it 5 weeks or so but they seem clueless as to where I'm at as he just said should be in by a week or so according to information in front of him not holding my breath with what ive seen so far with other people waiting alot longer than me.

    My husband been pending since submitted 8th was told would have been completed by 24th and still pending this morning it’s a joke

    Call centre staff can only see what is on screen on front of them.
    They do not work the case so have no knowledge where you are in the queue what is happening or when it will be completed.  They can only tell you what  they are told to say, which is a generic response and not an individual one.

    Submitted mine on the 8th April, was told yesterday that mine is not undergoing checks and that its just taking longer due to peak time, they said phone back in 3 weeks if things have not changed

    Completely correct - the call handler does not process the return and can only relay what is showing on the screen - quite a few are not understanding this. Furthermore the person who does process the return has NO responsibility for the issuing of any repayment, for obvious reasons.
