Has your repayment amount disappeared from the payments section online or is it still there showing pending
  • It's still showing on there as pending the letter just arrived in the post they want so much information hopefully once they get it it will get issued 🤞

Is it the letter requesting 2 forms ID, utility bill, bank statement showing account repayment going to, all CIS slips, bank statements showing all payments received by contractors, details of contractors and a form to fill in about whether u did it yourself etc. No request for receipts or proving expenses.

It's quite concerning that they are checking you are who you are to prevent fraud they they want you to put all your details from driving licence to bank details in an envelope and trust it won't get lost for someone else to commit fraud against yourself 🤔

I know should be able to send via secure email/Dropbox as doing via post could take ages for them to go through it all. If they send me one I’m gonna send it recorded next day that way I know they have it and quick. Are you CIS? Does it say anything about if you’ve not been given CIS slips from some contractors as I have a few that haven’t sent me any. I mean can probably contact them and ask for them but don’t want to delay matters.

And you think not having proof of the tax deductions won't delay matters 🤔
