I received the same letter today today and mine still pending they want lots of paperwork 8 different things to be exact half of them I do not haveSarahrees892 said:My husband submitted his return on 16th April and has been showing as bank repayment pending ever since, he spoke to hmrc via webchat yesterday and they said they had sent a letter on 12th may which he still hasn't recieved and the payment is still showing as repayment pending today. As his repayment hasn't dissapeared off his account could it be a different letter he will recieve ?1 -
8 different things? So what happens if you don’t have the information required? I’m yet to receive mine0

Is it the same letter as letter 2 in the link I shared on previous post or different?TheMediaIsTheVirus said:

Not sure I think some people who had letter still showing as pending. I think if you’ve been told letter been sent it may drop off the payments page at some point.Sarahrees892 said:My husband submitted his return on 16th April and has been showing as bank repayment pending ever since, he spoke to hmrc via webchat yesterday and they said they had sent a letter on 12th may which he still hasn't recieved and the payment is still showing as repayment pending today. they told me mine still being checked and date for completion of these checks is 23/05, mine still pending so I’m hoping no letter for me as people submitting around the same time and even after me have either received letter or been confirmed by HMRC that a letter been sent.1 -
I haven't been in touch, Ive found off past experience if you ring 3 times 3 people will say 3 different things.Sssss12346 said:
Have they given you a date of when it will be dealt with? Hoping that as we have not had letter yet that we will just get issued soonPatagone said:Updated, still pending0 -
Never known anything like it there seems to be so many people that are left just waiting would be a completely different story if it were us owing them money 😡 does anyone know what information is required over the phone call they ask you to make before you send off the documents?1

All this I.d etc is ridiculous... you have to varify yourself before you even set up a account with them.
it’s really making me wish I was paye absolutely pathetic considering it’s a refund of what we have paid! Anyone would think they are gifting it us... I’m yet to receive the letter but requesting 8 different things someone has stated is beyond a joke.Could understand if it was being investigated but it’s just a security checks for goodness sake. #rantover0 -
Exactly a security check for repayment - if it’s about ID then surely just checking same account as all previous ones and account in your name would suffice. I’ve used same bank account for my repayments for last 10 years, nothing changed so why would they be concerned it’s clearly getting paid to me no one else!! I know they are getting loads fraud and accounts being hacked or whatever but those people will be getting the money paid into a different bank account not the persons they’ve hacked!!Claire2012xz said:All this I.d etc is ridiculous... you have to varify yourself before you even set up a account with them.

Hi Guys.
Haven't done mine yet. Quick question, is their a separate section to show any SEISS payments received or should i just add them on to my trading turnover for the year?
Do I need the ref numbers for the grants etc?0
