Is there many people who submitted on 6th who are still showing pending?

Also when did all you that have disappeared do your returns?

No it is the 2nd version of the letter on the link posted by Sssss12346.  It asks whether you submitted your SA return or did someone else do it.  Who is going to get the repayment, you or someone else.  And asks for bank account details again with proof and proof of ID.

Perfect... don’t suppose they have stated how long this will now take to process after receiving information?

Ah sorry I just found this hidden at the bottom - if you are in Construction Industry Scheme they want copies of all payment and deduction statements!  They really ought to have made this clearer in the list of "what you must do" at the top of the letter!

There are no timescales quote.  Except it says you must respond within 30 days.

Hi everyone been filling this thread for a while now just signed up just now to give you my input so I did my return on the 15th took ages to get my tax receipts back so late bloomer been pending ever since though! Never bothered to contact hmrc giving them 6bweeks obviously under security checks! Nightmare! Soon as I wake up 1st thing I check is if its still pending, think even though I was a bit later at submitting return like the guys and girls still pending from the 6th mines should go through same time I would imagine as they seem to process in bulk been hearing lots of dates july the new 1 now hopefully something kicks of this week the letter seem to be simple ID checks and not enquirys thank god which would take even longer sorting receipts etc.

My husband submitted his return on 16th April and has been showing as bank repayment pending ever since, he spoke to hmrc via webchat yesterday and they said they had sent a letter on 12th may which he still hasn't recieved and the payment is still showing as repayment pending today. As his repayment hasn't dissapeared off his account could it be a different letter he will recieve ?
