Start with the tests you have already done see if there is any difference
be unusual to have two faulty Network interfaces.
As you will probably have wifi and wired on your devices, good idea to disable one of them to test the other
for LAN network speed tests google throws up loads of options

All tests finally done and all results pretty well the same.Started at my normal 'workstation'........Ping - Up - DownWifi - 32 - 29 - 2Then moved router up into the attic where the signal comes in direct from the dish........Ping - Up - DownWifi - 24 - 29 - 2Wired - 20 - 29 - 2Would you suggest that the wiring throughout the house is satisfactory? We now have the TP Link extender in the bedroom which seems to give a better signal upstairsIs there much else we can do?0
