Try http not https the router may not have an SSL certificate / or an invalid one ?

In the box it came in, the Airband engineer has written "Firmware Upgraded, https to log in"

Anyway, I tried http but no better and Firefox (?) changed it to https. (as does Edge)  :/

Are you trying over a wired connection or wifi?

plug direct into a LAN port on the router

Have tried via wired yesterday (*) and WiFi today with the same error message

    * = I did manage to get as far as the log in page with the old PC yesterday but then it wouldn't go any further

I have contacted Airband for suggestions as last time I had a connection issue their support said that they had logged into my router and updated it ... maybe they altered the access settings?

Whats under learn more option? On mine i get the same message but able to bypass it. Usually says something like proceed anyways and loads into the router.

Try visiting https://192.168.11.1/ on your browser, login with username 'admin' and password 'admin'

    That's what I'm doing, but alas ....

You can't get an SSL certificate for an RFC1918 IP address, other than a self-signed one so you will always get that error.  "Learn more" which will give you an option to proceed anyway and say it's unsafe.  It isn't, you're logging in to a device in your home.

    I'm in

Bizarrely, Bitdefender Free was blocking it - disabled that and we are logged in.
Now, what was it I was looking for? :*

It seems that Airband set the router to the 'basic' settings, so ... no router stats, sorry! :'(

Is there not something to enable the advanced settings? Did you login as admin/admin? (User/Pass). See chapter 3.

So, what does the syslog mean - a little bit out of my depth methinks .....

I've copied it and saved as syslog.txt but 'file not allowed'
How else can I attach it?

    EDIT
This is the best I can do, sorry ....
