Hi Weightlosers
I am calling in to report a 2lb weight loss. Very happy with that, although feeling a bit hungry here and there. I've decided weigh-in days will be Fridays and I've been allowing myself two small snacks a day. Seems to be a good idea as I was constantly in the biscuit tin.
The rest of the Shores' household is joining in, so that seems to have motivated me and there are smaller portions all round.
Fingers crossed for a good Quarter 2 for everyone

I was planning a weigh in on a Sunday, but Friday I found the instructions for my scales - apparently I am supposed to recalibrate them every time we move them - which is basically every time we use them as DH used kg and I use Stones and pounds, so they have to be moved to change from one to the other. So I did that and weighed myself today and will then report back next week. Hopefully the scales will behave themselves better now!Probably a good job really - it's not been a good week food wise, what with all the chocolate at the beginning of the week. And then yesterday we went out to a National Trust garden and bought lunch there, and then went on to see my parents whom I haven't seen from months. Unfortunately it was raining heavily so we managed 20 minutes in a car park - they sat in their car with the window down and we stood outside under an umbrella. Still, it was nice to see them after all this time. Then in the evening we had take away fish and chips as a special treat for my DD who is finally going back to uni this week having been at home since the beginning of December.Well done to Sandy - that's a great loss. And to Monaghan for staying the same - better than going up!
Have a good week everyone8 -

Hi All!I’m borrowing Brambling’s Thick Black Line Generator to close off last week, which was a bit of a binge week and resulted in +2lb.
I have to ask myself why I do this damage to myself, and pay good money for it, too.
Onwards and Downwards!
Have a good week, Everyone!“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️
