Afternoon All
I'm happy with my loss of -2lb this week, was well behaved last week (except for Sunday) just need to keep it going, was having char sui pork burgers but dd feeling a little under the weather today so going to keep that for tomorrow hopefully and just do jacket pot and fish fingers for ds, dd might manage the jacket if nothing else, I'll rummage in the freezer for something for me to have with my jacket, else it will be beans and a sprinkle of cheese.I'm also slightly confused how the words chocolate and out of date go together, ours barely makes it out the shop...'You have brains in your head. Well done on your 2lb loss SIRENS - the chocolate was hidden in the fridge and too be honest not my favour kind so I was able to 'forget' about it and move it around every time the fridge was cleaned
unfortunately once opened it seemed to just disappear

-0.5 again. congratulations everyone: from what I can see, everyone has a good grasp of what does and doesn't work for them.‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

Last week I tried to average under 1650 calories.
Thursday 1583 cals 4 veg/fruit (no crisps, cake, cream or chocolate - the C List)
Friday 1661 cals 7 veg/fruit (crisps, one slice of cake, cream)
Saturday 1765 cals 5 veg/fruit (cream)
Sunday 1693 cals 6 veg/fruit (nothing from the C List)
Monday 1726 cals 7 veg/fruit (nothing from the C List)
Tuesday 1717 cals 7 veg/fruit (another C List free day)
Wednesday 1532 cals 5 fruit/veg (and another no C list)
average 1668 cals
A day late with my weigh-in but managed 1 lb loss.
So far this week:
Thursday 1800 cals 7 veg/fruit (inc celery and carrots - the better Cs)10 -
I haven't been weighing myself as the scales are currently out of reach under a pile of stuff moved out of the lounge for plastering. I hope it will be a positive report when I finally get to them.
On a positive note i haven't had or even hankered after a MaccyD's for weeks now, I have eaten a naughty every day, but usually only one. Believe me it was a lot more than that. Having fruit on hand really helps. I don't seem to be getting those sudden hunger moments like I was. 😊
Doing the Moonwalk (just over 13 miles) tomorrow then away at my families down South until Monday. I can then concentrate on food and health for a few weeks. I will pop in next week when I am back.

Reporting a bit fat STAY THE SAME even though there doesn't seem to be a reason for it. I don't mind when I have had a giant tub of Ice cream, but I have actually stayed a bit under the required calories this week.
All those carrots for nothing!
Technically, the scales showed I was a measly quarter of a pound down, but it gets rounded up and might have been the way I was leaning.,7 -
Good luck with the walk bitbybit , honey you might have a good loss next week, sometimes my body has a bit of a panic when I'm on plan and I get no loss but the following week it breathes a sigh of relief and let's some weight go 😂.
Off to work in a bit, so should be okay today eating wise, enjoy your weekends x'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

I hope the weather is kind on the walk Bit_by_bit I've done a couple of midnight walks for our local hospice and that last mile is the killer. Enjoy your time spent with family as well 🙂
Honey hopefully next WI will be kinder. 🙂Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin8
