Hi All!
Lots of good losses going on, lovely to read people’s triumphs (and less triumphant moments).I’ve found that by eating enough at mealtimes before I go shopping, and not shopping just before a mealtime, I can walk past all the tempting stuff without a second look. I’ve also lost my taste for chocolate! 😃 (or 😱). The last I had I couldn’t quite bring myself to finish, so binned it! 😱😱😱
I’ve no idea how long this state of affairs will last, though.

Reporting a 1 1/2 lb loss this week - very pleased with that, although I'm not sure I've really done anything very different to achieve it!Bit-by-bit - I hope the walk went well and you aren't too stiff after it!
Little voice - I hate celery - but you seem to be balancing out your various 'c' foods (good and bad!) My DD - away at uni - has been craving carrots, but I think I would prefer cake!
Honey - I seem to loose one week but then stay the same the next, whatever I do. So hopefully you will lose this week!10 -

Afternoon, I am just checking in to say that I keep climbing up on to my horse and then falling back down! Anyhow yesterday felt ok, I just had too much lunch, and now I'm going to do some desk work and later I will go for an other run. I managed 4 limpy miles yesterday after almost 2 weeks off.
Its definitely exercise that keeps me on the straight and narrow.
Congrats to losers, good job to sts and well everyday is a new day and a fresh start.

Managed a 4.8 lbs loss this week so now weigh in at 268.2 lbs. Hopefully next week I'll hit the stone mark and will move into the 18s! Also bmi is now in the 30s too.
