Morning All,
Checking in with a 2lb loss this week. I'm busy preparing for my day of gluttony tomorrow (wedding anniversary - we don't do gifts, we just buy treat food!) so am sure it'll slow down or increase for next weeks weigh in. Sorry Izadora about your gain - rows do the same to me - but I've cleared the house of bad things so I end up eating pickled onions or other such random things. The cushions are plumped and we'll see you soon.
Dumpling - I read on another thread you managed the walk - great news!
I best be off, best wishes to everyone, have a good week.10 -
Izadora I'm just spring cleaning the wagon and plumping up the cushions

Well done Lilac nearly at target 👏
I'm not sure if I should share this news 🤫 but chocolate with a use by of June 2020 tastes just like chocolate 😁 emergency chocolate has been removed and eaten, it has been a stressful day 😐 as there was nothing sweet left in the house I have made flapjack this evening as tomorrow will be just as bad. Note to self let it cool first 🥵

Well every time I embark on a project I need to get my unconscious on board, otherwise it will fail, and it means that things take a long time - for example I cant just decide to be on a diet - I need to convince all of my self that I don't need to stuff myself and then eventually it will work. But when ever I get ill or stressed things easily gets unsnapped and fall back into old (carby) patterns. But I will prevail and I did ok yesterday and I have a nice veggie based lunch all day for today, so fingers crossed. Sorry to be boring and repetitive. Love the chariot of lost cookies though :-)Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Good Afternoon All,
Lilac Potato Happy anniversary and I hope you enjoy your meal out tonight. I did chuckle at the idea of you rage eating a pickled onion
Brambling I love the wagon of lost treats!!Chocolate that's past its use by date? Sorry, I'm not sure I understand the concept. Sorry yesterday was stressy and I hope that today's less rubbish than anticipated.
LittleVoice Well done, that's a lot of C List-free days in a row.
ditty I totally get where you're coming from. Sticking to the bits I'm actively thinking about is much easier than changing unconscious habits. And there's no need to apologise, you're not being boring and repetitive and do whatever you need to do.
bit_by_bit I find that dieting takes a lot of mental energy so when you've got a lot on it's not surprising that you can't concentrate on it as much as you'd like. Best of luck for the moonwalk.
We had a joyous email from work yesterday, stating that they want us back in the office two days a week from 21st June, which threw me a bit off track but I'm ever hopeful that the fear of having nothing to wear might spur me on for the next few weeks
Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx7 -

unfortunately things will get more stressful in the next few weeks so I'm going to have to find another way to deal with things 🤔

Today
eat healthy meals
snack on cucumber and carrot
go for a long walk
not eat a slice of choc cake from neighbours daughters wedding
possibly even go for a run, I need my energy back
Stay clear of treats falling off waggons everybody, it could damage your midriff :-)
