Candii I have put in 7.5 loss (which is great) I only chart in 1/2 or 1 so you can save the rest for next WI
SIRENS I've kept the seat at the back for you to hop back on the wagon just leave the goodies behind please I don't need the temptations and you're get a better grip if your hands aren't full
Well done on last weeks WI and good luck this week, hopefully the BH will be kind to us, I bartered over a piece of cake on Saturday which I wasn't to do any more but the fat lady logic was banana for breakfast and a six mile walk meant it was ok just to have a slice of cake for lunch especially as a voucher meant it was free with a hot drinkand a quarter of a lemon tart after dinner
My excuse for not getting on with loosing weight is that I do a lot of running so maybe I'm building a tinsy little muscle!
I will keep trying through, want to get closer to my mid weight BMI. SO this means I will need to stop being nice and making crumble and eating burgers w chips on a bank holiday weekend. So I think re-gain was self inflicted.

Well done everyone for all the weight loss this week. It is surprisingly hard to keep it going. Mind you, being overweight isn't easy either, so hard work either way.
Today's food..
SW chips, minced beef pudding, sprouts, green beans, gravy.
Later EITHER a ham sandwich OR carrot cake with fruit and vegetables, depending what my willpower is doing at the time.

Well done on the WI Lilacpotato and you're entitled to celebrate a anniversary just try and keep it contained to one day
Honey do you want me to 0 out your WI on the chart or shall we ignore this conversation 🤫
I've only managed another STS and tomorrow will be take away and cake 🎂 I'm hoping my nephew will make my favourite lemon drizzle 😋 and then Friday I'll start again 🙄Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin10 -
I haven't been in for a week so sorry about that. I can report (as far as i can tell with my dodgy scales) a 1lb loss for the last two weigh days.
I have been doing a fair bit of walking and been on the allotment. Also moving furniture for the plastering being done in the house this week.
Two habits I want to break:
First, the choc bar(s) I pick up on the way to the charity shop: Doing well with this except that somone will occasionally buy a choc bar for us all. Not each time though. I will have to tell this kind person not to as it is interfering with my plans.
The second is the allotment visit with DS2: DS2 has not been to the plot with me since and I am taking fruit and the odd pack of chrisps.
Two habits I want to make:
First - only one 'naughty' a day. Either a pudding or cake or choc bar: doing ok with this. I am not telling myself I can't have something - Doing mostly ok with this. Not a resounding sucess.
Second: Carry healthy alternatives for when I get peckish: Doing this. Apples and bananas
I had a few days with binge eating busicuits. This was due to tiredness and also finding a packed of really nice posh biscuits that I had forgotton about. I ate all 8. Not great.

The carrot cake won. However, I didn't eat most of it because some lunatic had put sultanas in it. Yuk!

My excesses of the past week meant my weigh-in this morning was a STS result. Could have been worse.
