Well how very exciting the two LB I lost last week are back, I call them my naughty ones, as can't seem to get below that scale point. @Brambling I don't think I got my smilies last week, so you can either let me keep my two old purple devils and an STS or two smilies and two more purple devils! I am committed to WI every week though. I am feeling a bit down, heavy and lethargic, so will have a look at diet today and insert a bit more colour and vegetables. And eat my vitamins.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Afternoon All,
LittleVoice Well done on last week's loss and best of luck for this week. Hopefully you're not as off course as you fear and the scales will be kind to you.
Sirens Well done for the loss and good luck with getting back on the wagon this week.
lantanna I have to log my weight the second I'm off the scales otherwise I'd never remember. I'd do it while I was still on the scales but I don't want to add the weight of my phone to the already scarily large numberWell done for having a non-boozy bank holiday.
Gingerlily A STS when you're injured is amazing and I hope your foot improves soon.
Brambling I'm amazed that you manage to keep track of all of us. I don't think I could do it even if there was nothing else occupying my time, let alone with work being busy.
newlywed Well done for the loss and best of luck following your map reading.
Victoria Well done for the loss
Blue Doggy Is there such a thing as eating cheese too often? Well done on the loss.
2childmum2 Well done for the loss
candii Wow!! That's an impressive loss, I make it over 10% of your target in one go!! Someone else should probably check that though, I have been known to be well out when calculating percentages (it's not like dealing with numbers is a big part of my job or anything...)
monna Well done for the STS, especially when eating all of your favourite things.
ditty Sorry that the naughty ones reappeared and I hope you're feeling better soon
Well, it may have taken me some time to try to get a grip but I'm very pleased to say that I got on the scales yesterday and have managed a 3lb loss this week, despite things going a little awry over the weekend. I went out for lunch on Saturday and Sunday and we had friends over for drinks in the garden on Sunday evening, which meant that I didn't exactly make the best choices yesterday, but I've tried to limit the damage where possible and haven't done my usual trick of deciding that if I've eaten one thing which I shouldn't then I may as well eat all of the rubbish and have got back to eating healthily today.
Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx9 -

oops Ditty - sorry about that it is possible I gave your 2
to someone else
Candii I have put in 7.5 loss (which is great) I only chart in 1/2 or 1 so you can save the rest for next WI
SIRENS I've kept the seat at the back for you to hop back on the wagon just leave the goodies behind please I don't need the temptations and you're get a better grip if your hands aren't full
Well done on last weeks WI and good luck this week, hopefully the BH will be kind to us, I bartered over a piece of cake on Saturday which I wasn't to do any more but the fat lady logic was banana for breakfast and a six mile walk meant it was ok just to have a slice of cake for lunch especially as a voucher meant it was free with a hot drinkand a quarter of a lemon tart after dinner

Morning,
I'm a couple of days late posting (what's new) but did weigh in on Monday and can report another -2lb loss. I'm still keeping to about a 1200 calorie day and am walking lots to try and make sure I burn more than that off. Resisted my usual Bank Holiday binge which is a plus. Its our 12th wedding anniversary next week though. Anniversaries in this house start with Bucks Fizz for breakfast so next week could well be a different story! Well done to everyone and have a good week.10
