I was intending to keep under 1700 cals/day (at least on average) this week but went way off course today. Sadly I have to admit to:Thursday 1813 cals 5 veg/fruit (no cake or chocolate)
Friday 2344 cals 6 fruit/veg (cake, chocolate, crisps - something about initial "c")
(average 2078 cals)7 -
Hello. A disappointing 1 lb loss for the whole of April... but eating has been way off plan so at least there was no gain
Monday will be time to go back to a proper plan as I still need to lose 2 stone for a “healthy” BMI range.
lost my way but studying the mapworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?10 -
This week is not going well:Thursday 1813 cals 5 veg/fruit (no cake or chocolate)
Friday 2344 cals 6 fruit/veg (cake, chocolate, crisps - the C list)
Saturday 1926 cals 4 veg/fruit (pate, pies, peas)
(average 2028 cals)
I fear cake will re-appear on Monday and Tuesday and there's still some rhubarb pie and pate in the fridge now.9 -

Just coasting Blue, just coasting.
Can report yet another STS. At least I'm consistent. Not only consistent but eating all my favourite foods and not piling on the weight. Win win.
