Morning All,
LittleVoice Well done on the loss and freezing the bargain cake.
Brambling Not being near the kitchen doesn't seem to stop me snacking, it just means I walk up and down the stairs more oftenIf it would make getting a cup of tea difficult could you make up a flask in the morning for emergency top-ups when you can't get away from a call?
bit_by_bit Well done on breaking/making new habits and I'm glad they seem to be working and making you feel better
dumpling Commiserations for the gain but well done for joining WW and not giving up. Good luck with the new exercise regime.
Sirens I hope your ankle and foot are feeling better now.
lantanna I hope your stomach and head are being kinder to you now
2childmum2 Well done for the STS. Some occasions may not be diet-friendly but it sounds like the catch up was well worth the calories.
Blue Doggy Well done for the STS. Cake, wine and not gaining is a good week.
monnagran Well done for the STS and you're right (yes, I know, when was that ever in doubt), not gaining should always be seen as a win
ditty I know it's been warmer recently but a lake swim? It's making me shiver just thinking about it!
Victoria Well done for the loss and lots of walking.
I'm not sure whether I deserve a gold star or a slap round the head but I got on the scales this morning - it was not a pretty number but kind of what I expected. I'm annoyed with myself for having buried my head in the sand for so long and for giving myself a huge mountain just to get back to how unacceptably fat I was at the start of the year but I can't change it now so all I can do is try as hard as I can and hope that I'll undo enough damage in the next 6 weeks that I'll be able to get into at least one thing I like by IzHe's 50th.
Okay, line drawn. I can do this.
Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx7 -
Reporting in with STS again. I succumbed to biscuits a couple of times, so it could be worse!

Izadora, I love that phrase you’ve used unacceptably fat. I’m now trying to be less unacceptably fat for a corporate headshot photo on the 18th. They could have blinking at least waited til we had all had the chance to shake off the lockdown physiques!Heads off now to google how to debloat your face in 2 weeks.....6

Thankyou@dumpling and @Izadora for your encouragement.
Today I took my MiL for a pub lunch. I had a cup of tea and no pud. Did have Hunters Chicken and chips though. It was divine sitting and eating it in the sun. I had a simple beans, egg and a few wedges for tea. We are eating off the side plates on a regular basis now. so I still feel we are having a full meal.
Its a CS day tomorrow so must make sure I eat before I go and take fruit and a flask with me. This worked very well on Saturday.
Must plan meals for the next few days.
